Notes:
*Average time is calculated by adding the race times and dividing by the number of races. If a rider takes part in all 4 races, then all 4 race times are added together and divided by 4. If a rider only takes part in 3 races, the race times are added and divided by 3.
*Riders times cannot be more than 5% from winner’s time. For example: 1st place has a winning time of 60min. Second and third place must be within 63min.

For regional colours we apply the UCI MTB points system to each race

A win receives 200, and then it goes down on a sliding scale 170, 150, 135, 125, 120, 115, 110, 105, 100, 96, 92, 88, 84, 80, 76, 72, 68, 64, 60

Please note the following:

No individual can qualify for regional colours without a Cycling South Africa (CSA) license.  Juniors and Elites are required to have domestic racing licenses.  Any rider who wishes to be illegible for colours will be required to register with SA Cyling.  For more information visit www.cyclingsa.com

Should any objection be raised as to the inclusion of a rider not included during an evaluation of the parameters above, the final decision by exception rests with the Limpopo Committee Members.
